The Will Of God 2

A fundamental difference between Christians and unbelievers is that Christians want to purposefully do the will of God and unbelievers only do it ignorantly. They don’t know His will or when they are in it. The only time our will is right is when it coincides with God’s. The will of God is important to know and well worth studying. God wants us to do His will. The times we are in His will shall be the best times of our lives. The will of God is wonderfully beneficial to us as well as pleasing to Him.

Mark 3:35 For whosoever shall do THE WILL OF GOD, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother.

John 7:17 If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.

Acts 22:14 And he said, The God of our fathers hath chosen thee, that thou shouldest know his will, and see that Just One, and shouldest hear the voice of his mouth.

Romans 8:27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to THE WILL OF GOD.

The chorus of Cyrus Nusbaum’s Hymn: “His power can make you what you ought to be; His blood can cleanse your heart and make you free; His love can fill your soul; and you will see ‘Twas best for Him to have His way with thee.”
